Per room type
- Entry door: 20 minutes, smoke and draft control, latching lock, closer, often an STC target
- Connecting doors between rooms: rated pair or single per the plan
- Bathroom and closet doors: non-rated, same face as the entry door
- Back of house: 45 to 90-minute mineral core doors for stairs and service rooms

- Doors pre-machined for the electronic lock, hinges and closer
- Packed by floor and room number
- Delivered in phases with your build schedule
- Label and listing list per opening for the inspection
How we supply rated doors
- Every fire-rated door we supply is built and labeled by a manufacturer that holds the listing for that door with a nationally recognized testing laboratory, such as UL or Intertek (Warnock Hersey), and is inspected under the lab's follow-up service.
- The label is applied at the factory. We never apply, move or replace fire labels, and we do not field-label.
- We take your door schedule and hardware schedule, check each opening against the listing, and have doors factory-machined for your hinges, locks, closers and electrified hardware.
- Matching non-rated doors in the same veneer, paint or laminate come from the same order, so a corridor looks the same whether a door is rated or not.
- Documentation for submittals and closeout: listing references, label type per opening, hardware compatibility and installation instructions.

Can you work to a hotel brand standard?
Yes. Send the brand standard section for doors and hardware; we check each requirement against the listings and flag anything that conflicts.
Are the electronic locks included?
We machine the doors for the lock you specify. The locks themselves are supplied by the lock vendor or quoted by us on request.
Do you also supply casegoods and vanities?
Yes. Doors can travel with casegoods, vanities and millwork in one container, see our contract manufacturing.
Code summary for orientation, based on the International Building Code (IBC), NFPA 80, NFPA 105 and the 2010 ADA Standards. Requirements depend on the code edition your jurisdiction has adopted and on local amendments. The architect of record and the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) decide for your project.
